Hours Of Operation

Monday - Friday: 9am -  5pm

All walks requested before and after these hours are subject to an additional $5 charge.

Saturday & Sunday: 11am - 5pm  *(Subject to availability)

Weekend walks and visits are subject to an additional $7 charge.

Scheduling

We encourage all of our valued clients to book their visits and walks for the upcoming week by 5 PM on the Friday before. This helps us ensure that we can adequately accommodate everyone’s needs and preferences. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!*(Subject to availability)

Cancelations, Changes & Additional Charges

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you provide us with a notice of at least 24hrs. Cancellations made after 8pm the night prior to any scheduled service will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

Any cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the service will be charged in full.

Any scheduled meetings for home key pickups incur an additional charge of $10 per meeting (excluding the first free consultation).
